Acceptance sequence

Confirm an existing official local cash order is present.
Queue one cash-sale drawer command.
Simulate drawer failure and confirm local order count is unchanged.
Force-close ORDRE and reopen this diagnostic.
Confirm the same failed drawer-command ID survives restart.
Retry the same command successfully.
Confirm status becomes opened while local order count remains unchanged.
