Load the latest confirmed acceptance order. KDS only projects preparation work and must not alter payment or order totals.

Acceptance sequence
  1. Load the latest canonical order whose payment remains confirmed.
  2. Record total/payment baseline.
  3. Ensure one preparation ticket and confirm status queued.
  4. Retry the exact same ensure request and confirm idempotent replay is true with the same ticket ID.
  5. Move queued → preparing → ready → fulfilled.
  6. Confirm item quantities match the canonical order snapshot.
  7. Confirm commerce invariant remains true: total and payment status never change.
