Receipt, transfer, stocktake and governed adjustment are committed to the durable operational outbox first. Reconnect automatically routes the same identity to canonical inventory authority.

Stocktake carries the physical countedAt timestamp. Canonical authority reconstructs expected stock from the append-only movement ledger at that timestamp, so later sales, receipts or transfers do not create false variance when an offline count syncs late.

No inventory intent is stored yet.

1. Open this page online, enter the runtime acceptance token and confirm Automatic reconciliation is Armed.
2. Disable Wi-Fi and mobile data.
3. Queue Transfer, Stocktake and Adjustment. Confirm all three appear as pending.
4. Reload the PWA while still offline and confirm the same three identities remain pending.
5. Restore connectivity without pressing a manual sync button.
6. Confirm all three same identities become acknowledged automatically.
7. Reload again and confirm acknowledged state survives restart.
