Refund

Load the latest acceptance order from canonical ORDRE authority. Refunds are server-governed and require connectivity.

Refund one RM6 unit at a time. The first successful refund must move payment to partially_refunded; the second completes it as refunded.

1. Load the latest canonical RM12 acceptance order.
2. Refund one RM6 unit.
3. Confirm payment becomes partially_refunded and remaining refundable becomes RM6.
4. Tap retry same refund. Confirm idempotent replay is true and totals do not change.
5. Tap Refund next RM6 unit again.
6. Confirm payment becomes refunded and remaining refundable becomes RM0.
7. Confirm the refund button is disabled because nothing refundable remains.
